Summer break is almost over for most of us, which means some of you may have been away for a few weeks, enjoying good times, good food, and making memories, but also probably being a little more flexible with your regular routine!
So now, as we get back to our 'normal' routine, some of you may realize it's harder to get back into the swing of things. Going to the gym and resuming your regular workout routine can sometimes feel challenging after being out of it for a while.
The same goes for nutrition; we often become a little more lenient during a break or holiday, and sometimes we let it become a bit too flexible. That’s absolutely normal and fine!
Whether you’ve taken a break from your workout routine, haven’t focused as much on nutrition as you’d like due to a vacation, an injury, or just losing your routine along the way, I am here to help with some tips to get back into it!
