It's almost that time again. Time for the career fair! For college students, this is the Super Bowl of their college life! Everything that they have been working hard for all comes down to this. That's how my next guest, Dr. Calvin Williams, positions the career fair to his students and personally, I would give it the same emphasis. I've known Calvin for a long time as he was my career coach at UCF when I was in school.
