We continue our review of an extreme plan to mandate Covid-19 vaccination published in a Canadian periodical by examining the suggestions on how to punish those who don’t comply. Should those who opt-out be convicted as criminals, or be punished with loss of employment, extra taxes, and loss of insurance or pensions?
