You don’t have to have a Stanley cup. You don’t have to look at the scale in the doctor’s office. You don’t have to pack your kids lunches, cut the sandwiches into shapes and leave a note every day. There are SO MANY things we’ve adopted as things we have to buy, do or be because someone else said or modeled that for us. The freeing truth is, we don’t answer to anyone but our Father in heaven. When we look to Him, we find the true *musts* of lie; what is truly non-negotiable. The rest of it may be good but sis, you don’t have to.
