How To Get A Job

Ep 111 Finding Your Career Sweet Spot

Listen Later

In this episode, I talk to my friend Kene Iloenyosi. He is the founder of Talent Revolution, a company that helps people identify their career sweet spot based on their natural abilities.

In this episode we talk about how you, as a student, can find your career sweet spot as soon as possible. We discuss different personality tests, how to utilize career services, and even how to make sure you are in the right major.

Kene Iloenyosi, Bio

Kene Iloenyosi is the founder of Talent Revolution, a company that helps people identify their career sweet spot based on their natural abilities. His clients have been in the workforce for several years, do not like the work they do, are desperate to switch jobs or careers and need help selecting the right career path.

By helping his clients discover their natural abilities, Kene coaches them through a detailed process of identifying the ideal work types and work environment for which they are best suited.

Kene is an author, coach and professional speaker, and his books "Finding Your Sweet Spot" and "DNA of Talent" have helped put thousands of people on the path to discovering their talents.

He believes deeply that “you are how you are for why you are,” and wants to help people uncover their “how.” Kene and his wife Lucy live in Johns Creek, Georgia.
