Neither Liz nor I could remember what the book, Great Expectations, was about....We did however, record an awesome episode about expectations in Powerlifting. We hope this episode can help people learn to accept that not everyone has the same goals as they do and hopefully this episode will also help people realize that if there is a gap in their expectations vs the actual results they are getting, somethings gotta change. Either there needs to be more action or you need to adjust your expectations to meet your actions and commitment level.
