This week I am delighted to have joining me from Wales, Judo Coach Cal Jones

Cal like most of my guests is someone I stalk on twitter where he posts some great work and can be found at @CalJonesJudo 

I am amazed at how open the community of coaches are and how willing they are to share their time with me and to those who have been on in the past I do really appreciate it. 

At the start of the session Cal refers to "EcoD" which is ecological dynamics and "IP" is information processing just incase these are new terms for you.
