Today I want to share a chat I had with screenwriters in my WRITE YOUR SCREENPLAY IN 8 WEEKS group.

One of my students had sent me a screenshot of an example of "bad screenwriting" vs "good screenwriting".

The first sample was very descriptive with full paragraphs.
The second was terse, punchy and with lots of white space.

This made me think about screenwriting style, what really matters, and what to focus on to take your screenwriting to the next level.
