Dreams do come true! Not always the way you expect, but you should never let an opportunity pass you by! Like others, Fall Obsession Production Director Nick Powell has always dreamed of hunting Axis Deer. Yet despite living in Texas, that dream had yet to come true. Nick was connected through a local North Texas Group called Therapeutic Recreation Group (TRG); who is made up of individuals dedicated to relieving stress and helping with the mental health of first responders and military personnel through hunting, fishing and the outdoors. Nick was blessed with an invitation from TRG to join them on an Axis hunt in Texas! While it was an opportunity of a lifetime, it was anything but an easy hunt. Tune in as Nick discusses the hospitality of TRG and M5 Ranch, the challenges of his hunt, and how his dream finally came to life!
