In this episode I am joined by the lovely Francesca @francesca_secolonovo_wellness where she vulnerably shares her inspiring healing journey around “losing" her father and how that was her catalytic moment to start discovering, embodying, and living out her soul's purpose by reconnecting to her faith and relationship with the ‘big unknown’ surrendering to life itself, trusting in the greater plan of the universe, understanding life after death.

Her profound healing experience and transformation began during her solo travels in South East Asia where she allowed life to flow through her, guide her, lead her to experience the synchronicities and signs from the universe that are always there, constantly around us but are truly only witnessed in a present state. Often enough we are not fully in the presence of every moment which results in missing the magic. Francesca embodies presence in all of her practices that encourage us to slow down, be still and feel into the alchemy and wisdom that lies within the present moment.
