I am stoked to kick off Season 5 of Talking Performance with NZ legend Wayne Smith. 

If Smithy didn't have legend status prior to last year he certainly did have by the end of the year after he helped the NZ Black Ferns win the Rugby World Cup in what would have to be one of the greatest turnarounds in NZ Sporting history.

Smithy was awarded the NZ Coach of the year award at the Hallbergs this year and I couldn't think of a more fitting recipient.
