Who knows. But what we do know is every powerlifter has an "offseason" and in today's episode Nate and Liz discuss how to optimize your offseason so that you can maximize your results. Though it's generally not viewed as the most fun time of training, it's not as heavy, more reps etc., it is the most important part of training because a good offseason can set you up for a big platform performance.
