Huge increases in revenue, the creation of new television networks, and a lack of willingness to include athletes in the business structure have combined with predictable court rulings that leave the current system in a precarious position. We aren't sure where it's going yet, but this podcast gives you some sense of where it's been and how it evolved over time.
