There's a lot of different ways to say it, but this is one of the most simple.

Too often I see people compromising and negotiating their standards for the comfort of their feelings or their team's feelings.

The greatest teams in the history of Earth were built on zero comprising of their standards, regardless of how they felt.

Not everyone is cut out for it, and that's ok. But for those that have excellence and winning as their standard, you better forget about your feelings because I can promise you that your competitors don't think twice about them.
