In this six-part podcast series, we are looking into the past and present of Irish food and agriculture and asking: by better understanding the past, can we help develop a more sustainable future? Last week, UCD School of Archaeology professors Meriel McClatchie and Jessica Smyth spoke of pre-historic Irish farming and food practises, while Co Tipperary farmer Maurice Deasy discussed growing regenerative crops of heritage grain.
