In this two-part series, Lauren shares her thoughts regarding a recent round-up on TikTok of the most common reasons why Clients don't return to Beauty Service Providers, and shares some simple tips to avoid doing each of these things that might be stopping your Clients from rebooking.

Keep in Mind: the types of TikTok clips that Lauren was watching around this topic aren't actually good examples of strong marketing for your Salon.

The Reasons Why Your Clients Don't Come Back:

• The Tech talked my off ear. (04:45).

• I got sick of both my Tech's lack of reliability, and all the last-minute cancellations. (06:00).

• "Got glue in my hair, didn't tell me, or apologise for it". (08:00).

• General lack of availability. (11:00).

• "Kept stopping to pick up her phone, or send texts". (12:15).

• The Tech didn't listen to what I wanted. (15:30).

• "Didn't let me user her restroom before the appointment". (21:00).

• "Stuck my bottom lashes to the top, and then used scissors to separate them - leaving me with trimmed bottom lashes". (22:30).

• "Listened to a Podcast, and never talked to me". (25:30).

• The Tech was eating during the service. (28:30).

• "Played music off of her phone, and put the phone right next to my ear". (30:00).
