FUNC YOU UP!

Ep 134: What’s Your Sleep Chronotype?

Listen Later

Chronotype is just a fancy word to talk about our personal circadian rhythm, or internal body clock. You see, for the most part, we all go to bed at night and wake up in the morning. But have you tried waking up at 5 am to go to a HIIT class only and end up hating everything about it? It’s not you, it’s biology. Maybe try taking that class at 4 pm, and you might love it. Depending on our chronotypes, our body is gonna have different needs at different times of the day. Let’s talk about the 4 different chronotypes, find yours and how to support your body (and mind) accordingly.
