This podcast was originally recorded in 2021 when David Galbraith and I used to Co-Host the Pod live on Facebook every Monday night. 

I really enjoyed going back and listening to this (Apart from listening to myself, I think I was pretty nervous that night!) and listening to how Ian saw his role as a coach and I am not surprised the players all got behind him last year when things weren't quite going to plan.
