This episodes focuses on reflecting over lessons that relationships teach us (in this episode I refer to relationships with highly narcissistic individuals but of course it can also apply to relationships in general). It's important to reflect on any 'good' things to come out of the experience (kids, change in line of work, or something else), as well as to recognise the 'bad' and the 'ugly' which are the behavioural patterns that are experienced within this type of relationship dynamic as well as the impact it has on us.
