Cameron Christensen, CEFP, FMP is Director of Asset Management for Facilities Operations at Princeton University where he is passionate about leading organizations in planning, maintenance, operations, and project management. Mike Petrusky asks Cam about his new role and why he believes that people are the key to success in facilities management. The pandemic has shifted the paradigm of thinking in facilities and asset management, so Cameron says that industry-leaders must approach the traditional ten-year master plan for a campus with flexibility and dynamic planning.
