It’s no surprise that my focus is to help 1st generation and minority students land jobs with top companies. 

One of my main strategies for helping my students is having them research companies that have set goals to improve the diversity of their workforce. 

This is important to know since companies that have made diversity and inclusion a priority usually have a team of recruiters that are focused on attracting and retaining diverse candidates. 

So I wanted to bring a guest on the show to talk about Diversity Recruiting and to explain what the best ways to get noticed by top companies are.
