For years I struggled through how to have a quiet time that wasn't just a routine, but was an experience with him, like having a great time with your friend.  I WANTED my heart to be different after I encountered him.  These are some things I've learned over the years that have really helped me connect with him more easily and effortlessly when I am able to carve out some time to be with Him.  The best part is, they're simple.  Just like it's meant to be.
