Learn how to accept compliments graciously, praise our children for their unique attributes, and set strong boundaries against negative weight comments. We emphasize the importance of not comparing our children to others, recognizing that every body is a unique creation by God.
Finally, we reflect on our past, especially our relationships with our mothers, and recognize areas in our parenting where we may need to seek forgiveness. Our hope is that our personal experiences will inspire you to embrace God’s kindness and faithfulness in setting both you and your children free from negative cycles.
We know this journey can be tough, but together, with God’s grace, we can break these generational lies about food and raise confident, Godly kids with a healthy body image.
