Today is the first episode in our Day in the Life Series.  I've been really looking forward to bringing you this series.  In the next few episodes, we will be talking about the various roles within the revenue cycle.  I believe that it is important for all of us to understand the responsibilities, pressures and expectations involved in these roles.  Understanding the people around us is the first step to compassion and empathy in our relationships. And when we work together with compassion and empathy, we have more efficient and effective revenue cycles.  In today's episode, I am chatting with April Torres.  April and I met through my Facebook Group, For the Love of Revenue Cycle.  When I reached out for volunteers to be guests on these series, she was my first volunteer.  We will be discussing her role as a revenue cycle manager.
