• Shopping and Meal Prep. (10:30). 
• Setting and Maintaining Boundaries, in particular around Start & Finish times. (11:55). 
• Scheduled Breaks, and actually taking them. (14:55)
• Batch Creation of Content and Future Marketing Assets. (15:30)
• Closing for the Break. (17:00).
