Growing up as a military kid raised by a single mother, Tatiana Holifield has built her brand around passion, hard work, and grit. 

With only $1,100 and a dream, Tatiana took a leap of faith and moved to Atlanta, Georgia to fulfill her passion in the television industry. 

“Failure isn’t an option if I don't try,” Tatiana said. “ I'm ok if I fail at something if I try, but not if I didn’t try.”

Tatiana realized at a young age that the most successful people market themselves as if they are a company. Since the age of 21, Tatiana started to strategically craft a brand perception of herself.

Whether you choose to take your personal brand into your own hands or not, brand identity is what employers are building their first impressions off of and it can mean all the difference between you landing your dream career or not.
