Our guest this episode is the incredibly talented Ilan Rubin, drummer for such notable artists as NIN, Angels & Airwaves, Paramore and more. Ilan also fronts his own band, The New Regime, singing and playing guitar and also writes and performs all the music on the recordings. His 2020 album, Heart Mind Body & Soul, is a masterpiece of rock music and an incredible display of his talents on all levels, writing/arranging/performing. Be sure to check that album and all his music out where ever you do that. Worth noting: Ilan is the youngest living member of the Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame. Crazy.
