Sydney Bates, Project Manager here at Nolan Consulting Group is back  to continue the conversation on Working Genius, a concept from Patrick Lencioni and The Table Group . Now we  introduced this concept in a previous episode “Let’s Talk Geniuses” and wanted to take it a step further to really understand how our own geniuses, competencies and frustrations have a role within the dynamics of our team environments.

From ideation, activation and implementation, getting things done takes a village (of geniuses) and the more you know, the more efficient, cohesive and collaborative you will be.
