Ladies, we need to talk. How did we get here—where the world tells us what beauty is, and we just go along with it? We question our reflection, chase the latest beauty trends, and somehow believe that if we just find the right skincare routine, the right outfit, or the right workout, we’ll finally feel good about ourselves. But here’s the truth: no amount of contouring or curated Instagram feeds can fill the void that only God can.
So, what if we shifted our focus? What if, instead of striving for worldly perfection, we fixed our eyes on Jesus? What if our beauty goal wasn’t anti-aging but reflecting Christ? Moms, we’re challenging each other to stop taking beauty cues from the world and start looking to the One who created us. Let’s talk about what it really means to behold Him and let His reflection shine through us.
From the very beginning, shame about our bodies wasn’t part of God’s design. But thanks to sin and, let’s be honest, a whole lot of media influence, we’ve been fighting that battle ever since. So today, we’re diving into what it really means to see ourselves through God’s eyes—because we become what we behold. And if our eyes are glued to culture’s impossible standards, no wonder we’re exhausted!
