As 2025 is winding down, growing business leaders can sometimes get lost in the thoughts of where they aren't at yet as opposed to finding gratitude for where they are.

I can relate to this as I have had to learn to find gratitude in the past struggles, the present challenges, and the future opportunities I am preparing for.
