In today’s episode 185, we go over the review that came out about Vinivia, which mentions Louis Ruelas, oddly from the RHONJ Real Housewives of New Jersey. We then move on to Jackie Beard, Robinson‘s book. I tell you a quick cliff note of the highlights of the business relationship between Melisa Gorga and Jackie Beard Robinson and how they met. Jackie Beard Robinson includes her contract with Siren in the book which allows me to have two SHOCKING epiphanies about these "volunteeer" contracts, which I will enlighten you about and you won’t believe it. I also tell the whole story from Jackie’s perspective of how Siren did her dirty and the defamation lawsuit against Melissa Gorga and Andy Cohen. You won't believe what happened with all of this. We move on to a sort of deep dive of DMS Digital Media Solutions and related companies to do with FTC investigations from 2020 to 2022, as well as Warrior leader, Garett White aka Rusty Rahm and Joseph Marinucci. We discuss the New York Stock Exchange de-listing and I share some information from the time in 2019 when this was all happening that lines up with some FTC investigations to do with W4 LLC (DMS rebranded?).
