Prosecutors wanted life sentences, but Judge Valerie Caproni called that "draconian." Each brother also got 10 years of supervised release, and Caproni called their conduct "monstrous." We break down what happened in the courtroom and what comes next.

👀 **Kate Gosselin doubles down.** After son Collin's abuse allegations in his memoir, Kate replied to a fan on TikTok that her kids know who she "truly" is, and she's now claiming Collin was more violent as a child than he admits. Meanwhile, a former housekeeper, Ashley H., told PEOPLE she saw Kate physically mistreat Collin, which Kate has denied. Whose side are you on?
