The first "solo episode" of Fall Obsession Podcast. For 185 episodes, each and every one has consisted of a conversation between a host and one or more guests. Despite some reservations about recording a one-man podcast, show host Sam Thrash breaks the normal mold and hops behind a microphone by himself. The last thing Sam wanted was to pick a random topic just for the sake of just recording a podcast. He believes an episode like this should carry some weight and be worth the listen. What Sam chose to speak about is raw, authentic, and comes from the heart; talking vulnerably about his personal struggles as a podcast host, a show producer, a business owner and balancing it all with being a family man and a firefighter. In a busy life, and one with multiple passions or "identities" has he references, it is easy for those passions to turn to pastimes. Balance becomes key, drive and work ethic are required, and healthy encouragement and influences go farther than ever before on the path to overcoming and succeeding.
