Stefin’s fresh off a "Perfect Pavlova" Zoom class with chef Skye McAlpine, author of A Table in Venice and A Table for Friendsrecently released on July 9. Both hosts enjoyed the make-ahead no-bake Salted Caramel and Pecan Cheesecake Pots from Olive magazine, although Andrea found her ingredient splurges made the overall dessert cost a bit too high, and Stefin wished for a more cheesecake-y flavor. This week's bake along is the retro classic No-Bake Grasshopper Pie from The Spruce Eats. Crème de menthe at the ready! Finally, the hosts answer some burning questions about ingredient temperatures and discuss when it matters ... and when it doesn't.
