Grifol spent many years in the Kansas City Royals organization in a variety of roles but has never held the job as MLB manager... until now. It sounds like Rick Hahn finally got his opportunity to hire a manager and is ready to to take the White Sox in a different direction. Aside from Ethan Katz and Curt Hasler, there will be a brand new coaching staff on the South Side. Grifol said all the right things during his press conference but can het get the players to buy into his philosophy?
