Although Jen Silver has only been in the industry for 5 years, she has been a great influence in having others rethink the "norm" within the industry. Her current focus is on helping contractors understand the importance of running their business by the numbers and getting out of the claims process by incorporating the retail model. Jen understands that people have a choice in how they do business, but whatever model they choose, they should know how to be profitable and sustainable because that's what matters the most to the future of our industry.
