This past week, the Sox added Jose Rodriguez and Bryan Ramos to the 40-man roster then declined to tender a contract to Adam Engel, Danny Mendick and Mark Payton. After the week of moves, the 40-man roster is now at 35. How will the White Sox go about filling out their roster? There are many needs to address. The San Diego Padres are rumored to be interested in Jose Abreu. Heading west makes a lot of sense for Abreu. Could the White Sox go after shortstop Xander Bogaerts? It's seems extremely unlikely however the Sox have made big splashes in the past during November. Three years ago, on November 21st, the White Sox signed Yasmani Grandal to the richest contract in team history... 4yr./$73M.
