Are mask mandates coming back? While many states have thankfully passed legislation to protect their citizens from possible future COVID tyranny, it seems that the Biden administration is preparing to go COVID mode again this fall and winter. This all raises the question of how we should be thinking about our health and the practical steps that we can take to regain control of our health.
