Men and Sobriety.

A-Rod and DadLife join King13 and they agree that sobriety is not gender specific and a lot of alcohol use disorder comes from childhood and trauma. We hide our emotions, why when our bodies are naturally reacting to our emotions.  We are told to resist expressing emotions. Stored emotions reveal themselves in sobriety and whilst painful to work through it should not kill you. We have to eliminate the 'stigma' of men having to be strong and not expressive.
