Brion and Nick interview former Iowa defensive end Larry Blue. He was a big recruit out of Long Island, and came to Iowa to play for Bernie Wyatt. He played as a true freshman, but missed the 1990 Rose Bowl season due to injury. Injuries also kept him out of the NFL, but he was part of the initial Iowa Barnstormers arena team, competing in two Arena Bowls and playing with Kurt Warner.
We asked Larry about playing football and lacrosse in high school, the shock of coming to Iowa to play college football, his favorite memories at Iowa, and his post-Iowa football career.
