About her: Amanda is an experienced Lifestyle Coach and meditation teacher helping high achieving women shift from ‘meh’ to magnificent using a blend of hot science and cool spirituality, so they bounce out of bed in the morning.

Amanda’s signature approach shows clients how to get clarity and connection through focussing on their values, goals and purpose to creating lasting change.

Through her first business as a health professional around the world, Amanda has experienced burn out and developed the skills needed to manage the hurdles of life before the curveballs hit. She also developed fabulous customer interaction skills.

Amanda has experience hosting workshops and wellbeing events for corporates and has held womens ‘outside your comfort zone’ multi-day retreats.

She lives in Western Australia, has 2 young adult daughters and adores swimming in the ocean every day.
