Hey Sox fans, welcome back to Good Guys Talk Back. The White Sox are (34-45) and are six games back in the AL Central. In the past week, the Sox lost two of three to the Rangers and won a series against the Red Sox. It was their first series win since June 8th. Luis Robert Jr. has been on a tear as of late. He hit two homeruns in the series finale and has 21 on the season. Tim Anderson, on the other hand, played hurt and out of position for a few games against Boston. Are the Sox showcasing Anderson at second base so he can be potentially moved? Is the picture any clearer as to what the Sox might do at the trade deadline? If they try to buy, what are they buying with and what team is buying from the Sox? If they sell, are they going to burn things down and start over? Or, maybe the Sox stand pat and try to win the AL Central with what they have in house?
