To answer this question, I invited AJ Eckstein to discuss how he took his collegiate career and turned it from small town community college to a prestigious university.

Despite his high school's negative stigma, he attended community college. He then flipped his script, getting a 4.0 GPA and having five internships, before transferring to the University of Southern California.

After graduating with the “Most Outstanding President Award” and “Diversity and Inclusion Award,” he created his Career Coaching Company to help graduates obtain their dream jobs.
