This week I am joined by one of my longtime clients Debbie. Debbie's story is so inspiring as she went from having no period for nearly 6 years, to conceiving naturally and having a beautiful little boy in 2023. Debbie speaks about her experience of working in the fitness industry and how it shaped her thoughts and habits leading to her Hypothalamic Amenorrhea.
I hope Debbie’s story gives anyone going through something similar hope to keep searching for answers and the motivation to keep working towards regaining your cycle.
