Host Erin Foley welcomes football icon Dr. Jen Welter to the show. Welter is the first woman to coach in the NFL and play in a men's professional football league. She's a two-time gold medalist for the Women's US Tackle National Team, earning a PHD in psychology along the way. We spoke about her journey in football and the opportunities she helped create for the women working in football today. She's a trailblazer and an all around bad-ass.
