In this episode, I talk about knowing your audience and why “this stuff” isn’t for every room, every friend group, or every family chat. 

I share how tiny intuitive knowings get dismissed around the wrong people, why it’s okay to keep sacred things private using 3 examples that have happened over the last few weeks in my daily life. 

We talk about who is safe to share with and when to keep your practice quiet. "This stuff" is important and fun, just don’t feel obligated to explain it to people who won’t understand.
