Sox fans! Our Chicago White Sox (27-71) made it to the All- Star break in historic fashion. No team in history has ever lost as many games (71) as the Sox have at the break. This past week was dominated by the MLB Draft and the trade deadline. Lots of speculation on whether the Sox will trade star pitcher Garrett Crochet but if he does go, they now have a new lefty in the system. With the fifth pick in the draft, the Sox chose left-handed pitcher Hagen Smith. Despite the fact that the Sox need some offense, they went with what they know. Thank you for the continued support.
