Lesley Feldman is a former UCLA softball national champion, lawyer and co-founder of the Players Collxctive, a management agency focusing on female athletes. She specializes in contract negotiation, athlete brand management, business strategy, and helping brands navigate the women's sport industry.

She provides a unique view of the business side of sports and how the NIL changed the landscape for female athletes. Her passion to create opportunities for her clients so they can continue to play the game they love is so impressive.

Lesley still works full-time at her law firm but somehow finds a way to also run the Players Collxctive — she needs to be cloned. Plus, the feel good moment of the week!
