Jake Lambert is a stand-up comedian who has been tour support for some of the biggest names in comedy including Michael McIntyre, Jack Dee, Seann Walsh, Kerry Godliman, Tom Allen, Rob Beckett, and Romesh Ranganathan. He was a 2015 semi-finalist in the BBC New Comedy Award, Magners New Comedian of the Year, English Comedian of the Year, Leicester Mercury New Act of the Year and a finalist in Amused Moose Comedy Awards in 2016. As a writer he’s written for The Ranganation, The Apprentice: You’re Fired, Mock The Week, The Now Show, 8 Out of 10 Cats, The News Quiz, Virtually Famous, Bake Off: The Professionals, Bake Off: An Extra Slice, There’s Something About Movies, Cooking with the Stars, The Royal Variety, and Netflix’s Flinch. Jake launched his podcast, Guest List with Jake Lambert, in 2020 and also makes the podcast, Make It Better, with Jeremy Flynn, where they pick a different topic and discuss how they would make it better.
