Once you’ve learned how to make a proper G&T, Uncle Brad will tell you the history of the cocktail and its roots in medicine and the BRN.

  2. Gin (I used Plymouth Gin)
  3. Tonic (I used Fever Tree)
  4. Limes
  5. Ice
  6. Jigger 1oz / 2oz

    1. Balloon glass
    2. Grapefruit
    3. Elderflower liqueur 
    4. Peppercorns
    5. Jalapeno simple syrup 
    6. Fresh jalapeno
    7. Tonic water
    8. Garnish: grapefruit wedge & fresh sage
    9. Jigger
    10. Bar spoon
