  3. Tonic (I used Fever Tree)
  4. Limes
  5. Ice
  6. Jigger 1oz / 2oz

    1. Balloon glass
    2. Grapefruit
    3. Elderflower liqueur 
    4. Peppercorns
    5. Jalapeno simple syrup 
    6. Fresh jalapeno
    7. Tonic water
    8. Garnish: grapefruit wedge & fresh sage
    9. Jigger
    10. Bar spoon
